These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Innfinity hotel management platform, including the website at hotelmanagementsolution.in, the Innfinity web and mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by Softel Solutions ("Softel Solutions", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering for, or using the Service — including any free trial or demo — you ("you", "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration, for keeping your account credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

2. Free Trial & Demo

We may offer a free trial or product demo. Trials are provided on an "as-is" basis for evaluation purposes and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. At the end of a trial, continued use of the Service requires an active paid subscription.

3. Subscriptions, Pricing & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring (monthly or other agreed) basis in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated. Prices listed on the website are indicative and may be revised; the price applicable to you is the one confirmed at the time of purchase or renewal. Taxes (including GST) apply as per prevailing law. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of the Service.

4. Refunds

Fees already paid are governed by our refund practices. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. Please review our Refund Policy for details.

5. Third-Party Integrations (OTAs, Payments & Messaging)

The Service connects with third-party platforms such as online travel agencies (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, Agoda), payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay, Stripe, PayU, CCAvenue), and messaging providers (e.g. WhatsApp Business API). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party platforms, and integration availability may change without notice.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Service, including all software, branding, "Innfinity" trademarks, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by Softel Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softel Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; certain provisions (including payment, intellectual property, and limitation of liability) survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bathinda, Punjab, India.
